Some of the photos are old he now has his black ring around his neck so definitely a boy!
This is Greg, our ringneck. We rescued him from a bad situation with a view to hopefully tame him but unfortunately he just doesn't trust humans still 2 years in. He is also very mean to our cockatiel so doesn't even get time with other birds.
After a long time and a lot of consideration, we think it might be best for Greg to go to someone either able to work constantly with him to try and tame him where we failed, or to an aviary with other ringnecks. Please get in touch if you think you would be the right fit for him. We love him and will be very sad to see him go but don't believe he is getting the most he could out of life in a cage.
