This is a really difficult message to write, but after a lot of reflection, I’ve come to the heartbreaking decision that I need to rehome my beloved dog. He’s a 7-year-old Patterdale cross Springer Spaniel with the most wonderful temperament—full of energy, friendly with other animals and great with children.
He’s neutered, in good health, and truly a loving companion. However, with two young children that need lots of attention, I’m finding it increasingly hard to give him the time and attention he needs and deserves—especially the daily walks and stimulation that keep him happy and healthy.
This isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly. I love him dearly, and I’m devastated, but I know in my heart that the right thing to do is find him a home where he can thrive.
We’re based in South Yorkshire, and I’m looking for a family or individual who can provide him with the active and loving life he needs. Please feel free to reach out if you think you might be the right fit 💔🐾
