Description

Almost 2 years old. Adored and we are heartbroken to have to rehome him. Through no fault of his own we are having to look for a new home for our beautiful Murphy. We bought Murphy, and then 6 weeks later, after 8 years of heartbreaking infertility, we found out by some miracle we were pregnant. Now we have a 10 month old baby boy and we just cannot offer Murphy the life he deserves and our baby boy has to come first. He has never shown any anger. The only problem I can tell you about him is that he loves stealing tea towels! He loves children and is wonderful around the baby. Murphy is an incredible dog. He is loyal, loving, funny and so very gentle. He loves walks, he is excellent around other dogs on walks although hasn’t ever lived with any other animals. When we found out I was pregnant we took him to very intensive training for his walkies and within 2 sessions he would heel on command, sit at roads, ignore other dogs, he’s a dream to walk! He is very clever and so easy to train. He is fully toilet trained, he will sleep in an open crate alone. He loves doing tricks for treats. Sit, lie down, paws, sit, spin, spin to heel etc. he has been castrated when he was 1 year 6 months old so his hormones had fully developed before we altered him! He can be left happily at home if you’re out for the day too. He is full of life. He needs a home that is patient who has plenty of time for him who love walking! We would 100% like to keep in touch after to check he is ok. He is honestly the best dog we have ever had. I can’t tell you how it breaks my heart to make this decision to rehome. Only adoring homes will be considered. Price negotiable x
