Description
This is Frank he is a male dapple and isabella miniature dachshund. He is our much loved family pet but unfortunately we are seeking a new ADULT ONLY home. He walks well on a lead, travels fine in a car, is crate trained, house trained, fine with other dogs (he lives with his brother) doesn't really bark unless someone knocks the door. He knows all his basic training commands like sit, stay, leave it etc. He follows my husband everywhere like a shadow. He is generally a well rounded dog with good behaviour. However we have had a bite incident with our autistic daughter and this has made her frightened. He has always been a bit more nervous around children and we are not sure why as he has lived with children since he was born. However the trust is now broken so we need to look at a new home.
I would say he needs an experienced adult only home.
