Hi folks. I'm a lonely 3 year old male, neutered golden retriever. I am very handsome so I am told. I have never been a solo dog until 9 months ago, and I find I cannot adjust, despite so much help from those who love me.
I have a wonderful loving home, but my family cannot get a second dog to provide me with what I need the most. So, for my sake, they agreed to look for a new home for me, a home who are looking for a second dog to join their own doggo. I prefer dogs to people, especially my own kind, but I do like people too. I am looking for:
A home with ideally, a golden retriever similar in age to me. I prefer lady dogs. I need a companion who is confident, but not dominating. Someone who will be kind, and share things. I myself am not brave, or particularly confident which is why I struggle as an only dog. I am gentle though, and love to share. I have a lovely, gentle giant nature. I need a doggy companion to walk through life with me, to offer reassurance and have fun with. I love beaches, open fields, woods, anywhere really. If there is anyone suitable out there, please get in touch. From owners: we would like to do some meet ups first to make sure the dogs get along, and a home visit. For that reason, please only those who live in Devon, Cornwall or Somerset apply, as anywhere else will make meet ups difficult due to distance. Genuine, helpful and lovely lady. All of her puppies were well looked after, ready for a cuddle and play. I can only hope that everyone who has puppies for sale is of the same calibre of Colleen. Love our puppy
