I’m looking for a loving new home for my female Syrian hamster, who is approximately one year old. She is a gentle and healthy hamster with a calm personality. She enjoys spending time burrowing in deep bedding, running on her wheel in the evenings, and taking regular sand baths. She’s happiest when she has plenty of enrichment and places to hide, so she’d suit someone who enjoys watching natural hamster behaviours rather than expecting a very cuddly pet. She can be a little shy at first, but that’s typical for many Syrian hamsters. With patience and a quiet environment, she’ll become more confident over time. I’m rehoming her because I don’t feel I can give her the attention and care she deserves alongside my current commitments, and I’d love for her to go to someone who can provide her with a spacious enclosure, deep bedding, enrichment, fresh food and water, and lots of opportunities to explore.
