Description
We have a gorgeous litter of Syrian hamster pups, born on 27th March 2026. There are now only a few spaces left on the waiting list, so please get in touch if you are interested in joining.
The pups will be ready to leave for their new homes from 8th May 2026.
This is a lovely mixed litter, including short-haired and long-haired pups, in cream and sable, with some rex-coated babies as well.
Their parents are my much-loved pedigree Syrians
Mum, Soreen, a stunning short-haired sable with a huge personality and incredibly tame nature
Dad, Jeffery, a laid-back, long-haired sable boy with a beautiful, fluffy coat
Both parents have wonderful temperaments, which are already shining through in the pups.
The pups are handled daily and have been gently handled from the time their eyes opened (around 14 days old). They will be used to different people, and familiar with coming out for playpen time.
They are raised on a high quality diet including Getzoo seed mix, Mazuri lab blocks, and a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables.
Adoption Requirements
To ensure the best possible homes, adopters must be able to provide:
A minimum enclosure size of 100cm x 50cm
Deep bedding (7+ inches) using suitable materials (e.g. aspen, paper, teabag bedding, Megazorb, Aubiose, or ideally a mix for optimal burrowing)
A large sand bath
Plenty of enrichment, including multiple hides, tunnels, and chews
A species-appropriate diet (recommended: Bunny Nature Dream or Chubby Cheeks hamster mix, available in the UK)
A variety of sprays for enrichment and coverage
A large wheel (minimum 28cm diameter) some pups may require 32–33cm as pedigree Syrians can grow quite large
A large travel carrier to take them home
Proof of setup will be required before reserving a pup.
Reservation Process
If you’d like to join the waiting list, please get in touch and I will send over an application form.
Once pups are ready to reserve, people on the waiting list will be contacted in order to choose. A £5 deposit is required to reserve your chosen pup, with the remaining balance payable on collection.
Location & Collection
We are based in Torquay, but can also meet in Newton Abbot, Paignton and Teignmouth
Plymouth and Exeter are also possible for an additional fee.
A limited number of travel carriers are available to purchase. I can spend time before collection getting your pup familiar with the carrier during handling and playpen sessions to help ease their journey home. It will be filled with bedding from their enclosure to provide them with a familiar enviroment.
Each pup will leave with a small care package including:
Their current food (seed mix and lab blocks) for an easy transition
Some of their favourite treats
Familiar chews and small chew toys from their enclosure
