Born on 15/10/2024, Toby was one of six puppies welcomed into a loving home, giving him a warm and nurturing start in life. As he grew, he thrived in a busy household surrounded by young children, around 20 dogs, and 10 cats. This early environment helped shape him into the affectionate, adaptable boy he is today. Toby has always been happiest simply being close to his people, enjoying their company and affection. In May, Toby was adopted and looked set to begin his new life. Sadly, due to a change in his adopter's circumstances, he found himself in kennels through no fault of his own. For a sensitive young dog, this was a confusing and unsettling experience. Now back in our care, Toby is slowly rebuilding his confidence. It has been wonderful to watch him start to relax again, especially when he's playing with his best friend, Jack. These happy moments remind us of the loving, playful dog waiting to shine in the right home. Toby can be a little shy when meeting new people, but with patience, kindness, and reassurance, his true personality begins to emerge.
