Santerpaws Bulgarian Rescue is a small, UK‑based rescue dedicated to giving vulnerable dogs from Bulgaria a safe second chance. All of our dogs advertised here, are already in UK foster homes, where they receive love, routine and proper assessment in a home environment before adoption. Being fostered in the UK means we can get to know each dog’s personality, behaviour and needs, allowing us to make honest matches with adopters and provide ongoing support. Our dogs are health‑checked and fully prepared for family life, whether that’s in a busy household or a quieter home. We are committed to responsible rescue, transparency and lifelong welfare. If you’re looking to adopt a rescue dog who is ready to meet you here in the UK, we’d love to help you find your perfect match. Upon enquiring, you'll be asked to fill out an application. Answer all questions to the best of your ability and submit. Our team will review your application and decide whether the chosen dog is a suitable match for both parties. If successful, we will carry out a home check then reserve your dog! If unsuccessful, we may suggest an alternative dog we feel meets your criteria. We will coordinate a convenient time for you to collect your new dog.
