I love both of my dogs dearly, and this isn’t an easy thing to even think about. I’m not fully decided—I’m just trying to be realistic about things at the moment. I’m pregnant with twins, which was unexpected, and I’m really struggling to meet both Bronte’s needs as a puppy and Bear’s needs too. Bear isn’t getting enough walks at the moment, and it’s starting to show—he’s digging and barking at the neighbours’ dogs, which is causing some conflict. He’s also an intact male, so that may be contributing to his behaviour. I feel incredibly guilty because they are such loving, beautiful dogs, but with how unwell I’ve been and twins on the way, I’m struggling to see how I can meet their needs properly going forward. They can be re homed separately as Brontë is still very new to the home Bear is 1 year old, a long-haired boy with KC-registered champion bloodlines and a really lovely, gentle temperament. He has recently become a bit more vocal around other dogs, particularly other males, which I think is something that could be worked on with the right time and attention. I originally paid £1,800 for him, and I’m asking for a £1,000 adoption fee to help ensure he goes to a committed, suitable home. Brontë comes from strong Russian lineage, and I’m happy to share more information if needed. She is still a puppy with so much potential, and this is a really difficult decision. I paid £2,000 for her, and I’m asking for £1,500, hoping to find the very best home for her where she can thrive.
