Meet Pistachio (Pista) – A Talented & Sweet Soul Looking for His Forever Home
It is with a heavy heart that I am looking for a new home for my 18-month-old Green Cheek Conure, Pistachio. He is a brilliant little guy, but unfortunately, my bossy Caique has been bullying him, and it’s simply not fair for Pista to live in fear.
About Pista:
• Personality: A little shy at first, but once he knows you, he is a playful and devoted companion.
• Talents: He is a master mimic! He loves copying the sounds of other birds and is incredibly clever.
• Training: He is DNA-tested (male) and fully "step-up" trained. With a little more time and love, his potential is limitless.
• Social: He gets along wonderfully with smaller birds and parrots.
The Way to His Heart:
If you want to be Pista’s best friend, the secret is sunflower seeds and apples! He is a healthy eater who loves his morning fruit and veg—he especially "chomps" on mint and raspberries. He also never misses his daily bath in his water bowl!
