Duke – 6 Month Old Presa Canario Looking for Experienced Home
It’s with a heavy heart that we’re looking to rehome our beautiful boy Duke, a 6-month-old Presa Canario.
Duke is a strong, intelligent, and loyal young dog with a lovely temperament. He already knows his basic commands (sit, stay, down) and has great recall for his age. He’s eager to learn, very food motivated, and responds well to consistent training.
This decision hasn’t been made lightly. Due to changes in our family circumstances, particularly around my young son not yet understanding boundaries with a large breed dog, we feel Duke would be better suited to a home that can give him the structure and understanding he needs to thrive.
About Duke:
6 months old
Knows basic commands
Good recall
Strong, confident breed
Loyal and very bonded to his people
Duke will need:
An experienced owner familiar with large/guardian breeds
A home where he can continue training and socialisation
Someone confident handling a powerful dog as he matures
He is still very much a puppy and will grow into a big, powerful adult, so commitment and experience are essential.
We are not in a rush and will only let him go to the right home. Please message with details about your experience and the home you can offer.
