We never imagined we would be looking for a new home for Dexter, and this decision has been incredibly difficult for us.
Dexter is a much-loved member of our family and finding the right home for him is our absolute priority.
Born on 24th May 2025, Dexter is a handsome TICA-registered Maine Coon with a striking Black Silver Ticked Tabby & White coat, impressive lynx-tipped ears, a magnificent plume tail and the wonderful character that makes Maine Coons such a special breed.
Unfortunately, despite careful introductions and our best efforts, Dexter's energetic and playful nature is proving overwhelming for a couple of our older cats. He simply wants to play, chase and interact, while our older cats would much rather be left in peace. There is absolutely no aggression in him; he is simply a young Maine Coon who is full of energy, curiosity and enthusiasm for life.
We feel Dexter deserves a home where his active, playful personality can be fully appreciated and enjoyed.
Raised in a multi-cat household, Dexter is accustomed to normal household life and all the sights and sounds that come with it. He is affectionate, confident and loves being around people. He likes to know what everyone is doing, follows us around the house and always wants to be involved. He is a wonderful companion with a huge personality and will be deeply missed.
