Charlotte kept in touch with us and let us know our puppy's progress until we picked him up. She was also keen to know how he was getting on after we took him home, which to me showed she genuinely cared about the pups and wanted to know they were being well looked after. She was great and we couldn't have asked for better. Our new fur baby was well looked after during the first 8 weeks, she had him health checked and took care of his vaccinations and microchip. She also gave us food, a bowl, a blanket and a toy that he had enjoyed playing with along with all his paperwork and details.
