Description

❤️🐱 AURA – A MAJESTIC MAINE COON WHO DREAMS OF BEING YOUR ONE AND ONLY PRINCESS! 🐱❤️ 📍Located: Swadlincote DE11, Derbyshire 🏠 LOOKING FOR A LOVING FOREVER HOME – AS ONLY CAT 🏠 🌟 RBU, post-adoption support & 4 weeks insurance provided upon adoption (on request) 🌟 Meet beautiful Aura! ❤️ Born in March 2025, this magnificent young Maine Coon girl is a large, elegant beauty with an exceptionally gentle and affectionate personality. Aura is a much-loved family member who adores cuddles, enjoys being close to her humans and has so much love to give. Sadly, her family must find her a new home because she is calicivirus carrier that makes living with their other cats unsuitable. 🐾 Feline Calicivirus (FCV): Aura tested positive for this cat-specific virus. It cannot infect humans or dogs, so it poses no danger to people, children or canine companions. FCV can remain in a cat's system and occasionally cause flare-ups, particularly during stressful periods. Aura has received treatment and is now doing extremely well, with only an occasional slightly watery eye. ❤️ Vets confirmed that the condition is manageable and is not expected to significantly affect her quality of life. She can enjoy a happy, comfortable life with appropriate care. But please don't let this put you off! Aura is feeling well, and her vet is reassuring about her future. She simply needs a home where she can be the only feline princess. 🥰 ✨ Highlights ✨ 📏 SIZE: Approximately 6 kg 💕 CHARACTER: Gentle • Affectionate • Loving • Friendly • Devoted ❤️ PEOPLE: Loves cuddles and human companionship 👧 CHILDREN: Very friendly, has lived with a child 🐱 CATS: Must be the only cat 🐶 DOGS: Not tested, but the virus poses no risk to dogs 🏡 HOME LIFE: Indoor-only, fully litter-trained ✂️ SPAYED: Yes 💔 Her Story Aura has been deeply loved and beautifully cared for by her family. Unfortunately, extensive veterinary testing revealed that she carries feline calicivirus (FCV). As her family has several cats, they have made the difficult decision to find Aura a home where she can live safely without risking transmission to other cats. This is a heartbreaking decision for a family who truly adore her. They will continue caring for Aura until the right home is found. ❤️ 🐾 More About Aura Aura is an absolute sweetheart! She has a wonderfully gentle temperament and loves affection, cuddles and simply being near her favourite people. She has lived happily with adults and a child, is beautifully litter-trained and is comfortable with indoor life. For someone looking for a loving, people-oriented companion, Aura could be a dream come true. Just imagine this magnificent fluffy girl curled up beside you, enjoying all the attention of being your one and only cat! 🥰 🏡 Ideal Home Aura needs a loving, permanent indoor-only home without other cats. A calm, stable environment would be ideal, as stress can sometimes trigger a recurrence of her symptoms. Her future family should understand her medical history and be prepared to provide veterinary care if needed. She could make a wonderful companion for an individual, couple or family who would love to have one affectionate, beautiful cat to spoil. ❤️ Please don't overlook Aura because of a medical diagnosis. She is a young, loving girl with a wonderful future ahead of her, and she deserves to be cherished just like any other cat. Could you be the person who gives this magnificent girl the happy forever home she deserves? 🐾 🩺 Health Information ✅ Spayed and microchipped. ✅ Vaccinated; booster due, subject to veterinary advice. ✅ Genetic testing – no known inherited genetic conditions identified. ✅ Heart echocardiogram – normal heart function. ✅ Bacteriological testing and PCR screening completed. 💌 If you can offer a loving home, please fill out our adoption form: 🐾 Cat Adoption Application: https://forms.gle/W3ndDCJZt7kqe9aX9
