Description
This is brandy, she’s around a year old. I’m moving far away and I’m not able to bring her with me, I also don’t have anyone to take her. I’m located in Catford, I don’t have a car or anyone to drive me so you’d have to be able to come collect her.
I’m also including her current enclosure, food, wheel, sand bath, toys and bedding. If you’d like to keep all of her stuff you’ll need to have a car with enough space in the back for a 115x60x50cm cage. I’ll dismantle some of the cage and put the bedding in bin bags, and I have a little carrier for her to go in during the journey.
She’s very friendly and curious, I’ve never had any aggression from her, she just gets a little shy sometimes and takes time to warm up to people. She’s perfectly fine to be held and brushed, and she likes to have lots of enrichment including free roaming. She’s had mites before so all her bedding is fresh, I replaced it all last month, it’s a megazorb and chipsi classic mix, about 30-40cm of height. She has been a little stressed with all the preparations for the move and so has overgroomed herself in a few places, she just needs some quiet and time to cool down. She only really is active from 9-10pm until 5-6am, she isn’t really that loud, and I usually sprinkle forage for her before I go to sleep so that she has something to do.
I’d preferably like someone who has experience with hamsters, and has had at least 1 hamster previously with proper care.
I’m not asking for any money for any of her stuff, or her, but I might ask for proof you’d be able to care for her such as where her cage will be and your current or previous hamsters enclosures/care. I need someone who is reliable with communication, no ghosting please.
