Our extensively health tested, KC Registered, beautiful Fox Red Labrador Asher (Crimson Laurel) is due to give birth, sired by the highly sought after Yorkshire stud Jason (Kenxtwen Mince Pies) son - Kensesqui Herringthorpe - both of which have the desirable Drakeshead bloodline.
Her litter is being raised with no expense spared. Her pups will be suitable for both active pet and working homes, and will be ready to leave mid May.
Pups will be wormed at 2, 4 and 6 weeks with panacur 10% liquid and will be wormed at 8 weeks with Drontol, they will be microchipped, RKC registered and will be fully weaned onto quality large breed puppy food. They will have received their first immunisation and puppy health check from our vet.
Mum Asher was lovingly bred and raised by us and is our much-loved family pet who is very loyal and gentle, fantastic with children, other dogs, and all other animals. We have grandma and brother also, who you are welcome to meet. She is eager to please and was incredibly easy to train, both in the home and out on the field. Asher's hip score is 4/4, elbows 0/0 and she has a current clear eye certificate (June 2024). Asher also tested clear for EIC, prcd-PRA, CNM, SD2, HNPK, STGD & MCD.
Kensesqui Herringthorpe is extensively health tested, and has an incredible 14 English and Irish Field Trial Champions in his pedigree, including Drakeshead and Bracken FTCH. He is gentle, loving and loved, and his natural ability and drive is amazing. Visually - he really is something else. He has a perfect elbow score of 0/0, and a fantastic hip score of 4/5 and current clear BVA eye certificate (July 2025). His tests are clear for CNM, EIC, prcd-PRA.
Our Labradors are a huge part of our family, they are incredibly loving and well mannered, and we regularly get comments on their athletic appearance and how obedient they are.
They love being part of the family, and playing with us and our four young children. They were intentionally trained as pups with the children's involvement so respond to commands from the children also.
We are passionate about our puppies coming from health tested parents. This means the puppies are hereditary clear of the above DNA health tests by parentage which means that they are guaranteed to not be affected by any of these conditions themselves, and if bred from they can never produce puppies affected by any of these diseases. The puppies are being raised in our family home, having been handled from day one by all ages, so they are already used to a busy environment with lots of noise and activity and will be well socialised with our other dogs.

I'm very happy with the entire process of getting a puppy from Emily. She responded promptly to any of my queries and sent regular updates (including photos and video) of the puppy's progress.
The puppy has been home for 5 days and has settled remarkably well with my older dog.
