Description
Our much-loved family pet Lucky has given birth to six beautiful puppies. They are all thriving, and mum is doing brilliantly.
The puppies range from a dark fox red to a more sandy colour also some will have more coat than others.
Lucky is a KC registered, pedigree, working type Labrador Retriever. She is the most perfect family pet we could wish for – calm, sensible, and fantastic with our young children and other pets.
Although Lucky is primarily our family pet, she is also a very well-bred gundog, with many field trial champions in her pedigree. We use her for beating and picking up throughout the shooting season. She is trained to a very high standard and always does us proud.
The dad is Romeo, a red KC registered, pedigree Miniature Poodle. We chose Romeo after extensive research and viewing many potential partners for our girl. He is a very friendly, loving boy, full of character and extremely intelligent. He is also a much-loved family pet. Romeo is very handsome and, importantly, has an excellent pedigree and has passed all the necessary health tests.
When planning this mating between Lucky and Romeo, our aim was to produce puppies that would make perfect family pets. We did not want lap dogs or very large dogs that might feel cumbersome in the house. Instead, we wanted a good all-round family dog that can enjoy everything a dog should – fetching, running, swimming, etc. – while being more laid-back than some working breeds, with the added benefit of low-shedding coats.
The puppies are miniature Labradoodles and are expected to grow to around half the size of an average Labrador.
They are being raised in our family home with our children, so they will be well socialised and accustomed to all the sights and sounds of a busy household.
Puppies will leave with:

• Bedding with mum’s scent
• All necessary paperwork
• A lifetime of support from us, if needed
Both parents are extensively health tested, and the puppies will be 100% clear of the following conditions:
HNPK, EIC, DM, Dwarfism, CNM, RD, OSD, FN, NE, VWD, PRA
Lucky’s hip score is 3/4 and her elbow score is 0/0.
Romeo’s hip score is 6/6, and he has a current BVA eye test.
These are all the hereditary conditions that Labradoodles can potentially suffer from, and all supporting paperwork will be provided.
Lucky is our much-loved family pet, and her puppies will not be sold to just anyone. We will be asking potential owners some questions, as we only want the very best homes for these babies. Please ensure you have thought this through carefully and are 100% ready for a long-term commitment before getting in touch.
We have waited to advertise the puppies until they were older and really starting to show their little personalities, to help ensure you choose the right puppy for you.
