Description
Sherlock is a stunning, 4 year old, long haired male German Sherherd.
Un-neutered.
Extremely loving. Great with children. Very protective (he herds our children if they get too far from us!).
Very intelligent, but thinks he is a lap dog.
His mother was KC registered in Poland but as he was born here, before the breeder moved her registration over, he couldn't be registered in the UK. Both parents are GSDs.
This is an extremely reluctant re-homing. He is very loved but due to a drastic change in work schedules, we cannot give him the life he needs and deserves.
Sherlock is a bit anxious around strange dogs and can be reactive to them. He has had some training on this but could benefit from someone who can put more time into helping him through it. He does need walks in quiet areas/fields at this stage.
He lives with a sausage dog and there have been no issues with that.
He is up to date on vaccinations, has been flea and worm treated consistently, is microchiped, and has had no health issues in the 4 years he has been our buddy.
We would love for him to go to a home where he has garden space and someone who will love him as we do.
