Description

Reggie is a loving, affectionate, and fun young dog who enjoys being around people. He has a fantastic nature and has been well socialised from a young age. He is comfortable visiting pubs and cafés, travels well in the car, and is fully house trained. He has good recall off lead and loves exploring. On-lead walking is coming along well but, like many adolescent Labradors, he still needs some continued training and consistency. Reggie already knows several commands including sit, paw, high five, and he will patiently wait for his breakfast and evening meal until given permission. He is a typical young Labrador—friendly, energetic, and bouncy. He would thrive with an active owner who has the time and commitment to continue his training and help him mature into the wonderful adult dog we know he will become. Please note: Reggie can become overexcited on walks and has a history of jumping up and can have excessive mouthing when overstimulated. We believe he would benefit from an experienced owner who is confident with young Labradors and willing to continue reward-based training. Finding the right home is far more important to us than finding a quick home. We will only consider homes where Reggie will be treated as a much-loved member of the family.
