Description
Buddy is a 2 year old golden mastador. His mom is a mastiff/lab cross and his dad is a golden retriever. He is 1 of 13 from an accidental litter. He weighs 47kg but is considered fully grown at this point and has been steady at this weight for 6 months. Buddy was neutered in August 2025, is microchipped and up to date on all vaccines and flea/worming.
We are very sadly rehoming Buddy due to our current home situation. Our children are both autistic and ADHD and as they’ve grown they’ve had difficulty understanding how to interact with him, and can’t respect basic dog boundaries. They are also extreme and unpredictable with their noises, making it unfair to Buddy to try to navigate.
Buddy is good on the lead, loves to chase his ball, loves his food. He’s a cuddler, good with other dogs, and loves attention. He has been around other children (neurotypical) and has had no issues. We do not have a cat so I do not know how he would react. He’s very clever and food motivated, so will be easy to train and acclimate to his new home.
