Description
Ben arrived into Norfolk Piggies with a guinea pig surrender.
He is approximately 18 months old and in a few weeks will be ready for his forever home
Ben has been on a journey to prepare him for rehoming. Many rescues discuss neutering and vaccines, but we want to ensure Ben has the best possible future and not just the here and now.
Ben is:
Neutered
Vaccinated against myxomatosis, RHD1 and RHD2
Microchipped
Insured
Wormed
Up to date with flea treatment
Vet health and teeth check
Ben is still rather nervous, so needs an adult home here he can blossom into the wonderful rabbit he can be. He enjoys the company of other rabbits and therefore would need the company of a female.
The new owners must agree to carry on the insurance for Ben which is £16 per month and change his microchip into their ownership on the day of adoption.
Ben needs a very large outside enclosure or the opportunity to be a house rabbit.
The cost to get Ben ready for adoption has totalled £200 (just form medical) and we ask that for his adoption, a contribution can be made towards this cost - so other rabbits can be helped. The cost for Ben's treatment has come from my own personal money and not the rescue, to which I can show the adopter along with the invoices for his medical procedures and evidence of his neutering. His vaccination card will also be provided to his new family, along with copies of evidence of all his procedures.
He is an absolute sweet heart and I know someone out there needs Ben in their life ❤️🙏
