Description
With a heavy heart we are looking to rehome our lovely dog Rolo, a 20 month old working Cocker Spaniel.
Rolo is very affectionate, friendly dog who loves being around people. He’s great around other dogs and is fab with kids (he’s calm with our 4yo daughter).
As a working cocker he has a lot of energy but we find just going to chuck a tennis ball with him for 10-15 mins a day or a long walk is good enough for him. He does pull on the lead but off lead his recall is good, especially with treats or a tennis ball in hand.
His mum is a therapy dog which is reflected in his lovely calm temperament.
Due to changes in our daytime routine and a change in career he can no longer come into work with me and we do not have as much time with him as he needs. While he is fine alone for extended periods, it’s not fair on him the amount he is left for anymore.
This has been a very difficult decision to make as a family and we will be looking for the right home for him for as long as it takes.

- Knows sit, down, paw/other paw, mat (to dry his paws), crate (to go to his crate to calm down when the doorbell goes)
