Please read the information included in this advert in full before applying. ❤️
And please do ask if you’d like to know more about this rescue! If information about the individual listed hasn’t been included yet, it simply means I’m posting this while particularly stretched for time — it definitely doesn’t mean there isn’t more I can tell you about them. I’m always very happy to answer questions. ❤️

Please feel free to ask me anything that hasn’t been covered in the advert. Finding the right match is incredibly important to me, so I’m always happy to give you more information about the individual cat, their personality, background and the type of home I think will suit them best.
🏠 Adoption Process
As part of the adoption process, I’ll ask for a short video tour of your home.
Depending on whether the cat is looking for an indoor-only or indoor/outdoor home, I may also ask to see your garden, doors and windows, the view from your front door, or discuss any measures needed to keep them safe.
For cats requiring outdoor access, I carry out a postcode assessment looking at nearby roads, railway lines, traffic levels and other potential hazards.
For indoor-only cats, I’ll discuss escape prevention and making sure the home provides a safe and enriching environment.
The right match is incredibly important to us. Applications are considered based on what suits the individual cat as well as the adopter, because we want their next home to genuinely be their forever one.
Once approved, a £50 reservation deposit secures your cat. This is deducted from the adoption fee.
🧡 Why Adopt Through Penny Paws?
Penny Paws is a volunteer-run rescue dedicated to finding the right home—not just the first home—for every cat.
Every Penny Paws cat receives:
* Veterinary health check
* Microchip
* Flea treatment
* Worm treatment
* Neutering where appropriate
Our foster homes are located across London and Hampshire, with our HQ in Hook, Hampshire. Collection is usually from the foster home, although where possible a volunteer may be able to bring your kitten to Hook for collection.
Please note: We do not routinely vaccinate our rescue cats. (Although everyone is obviously swab tested when they first arrive so no nasties are brought in to the foster homes .
We are completely independent and non profit. Penny Paws relies on adoption fees and donations to cover the cats costs in every foster home. And it’s a daily struggle to make ends meet as it is. So I draw the line at vaccinations.
I recommend adopters begin a fresh vaccination course with their own vet. Health plans are well worth exploring.
⭐ If This Cat Isn’t Quite Right
Please don’t be put off if the cat in this advert isn’t quite the right match for your home.
I have many wonderful cats waiting for loving homes, including kittens, young cats, adult cats and rescue mums.
Complete an application or send me a WhatsApp, and I’ll happily recommend cats suited to your home and lifestyle.
