Description

Fitz is a beautiful 18 month old male who came in with his mum, Zara, due to a change in circumstance in their previous home. He is not looking for a home with his mum as she doesn’t enjoy being around him very much (which is very normal between mum cats and their grown-up offspring). Fitz has been neutered, started vaccinations, treated for fleas and microchipped. Fitz is apparently part Maine Coon, although we do not have any paperwork to support this. He is very handsome though and is quite a big cat. Fitz is a really friendly, affectionate boy who loves attention and fuss and likes to play with catnip toys. He’s used to living with young children. In terms of other cats, he’s only lived with his mum previously and he came in to rescue with a cat bite absess on his tail (at that point he wasn’t neutered which likely contributed to altercations with other male cats) but he could potentially live with another very chilled cat who is happy sharing space. Fitz previously lived with a small dog. Fitz is in foster in Reading. Rehoming criteria: - Suitable for first time owners - Can live with any age children - Could potentially live with another cat - Can live with dogs - Will need outside access - Can be left a working day The minimum adoption fee is £185 which includes: - Neutering - Microchip (there is a small fee to register/ transfer ownership) - At least the first vaccination - Up to date flea and worming - A Pet Remedy new home kit - 5 weeks free insurance with Agria - A blanket for a familiar smell - Ongoing advice and support Adoption application form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf5QO8DSc3llkFhoBM-J-SAU3-zkubZJECudGmS3B9AzSAtGQ/viewform?fbclid=IwY2xjawIgGqxleHRuA2FlbQIxMQABHff6YyRXxkRh_dxFPRHa8ZFsxnlbbSC627bjz0zmyypw3p385enXHJmZOw_aem_si8hUjKDv9eIdYTkcPGWYw If the link doesn't work, please copy and paste into your browser.
