Description

This is our boy Rudy. He is practically perfect in every way. KC registered. From very good lineage. Not neutered. Strong prey drive but absolutely fantastic re call, and will retrieve. House trained. Knows commands sit, stay, down, paw, up, roll over, wait, on your bed. He’s a very intelligent boy. Totally bullet proof with children (we have ages 20, 13, 6 and 2) perfect with other dogs, extremely well socialised. Can absolutely be trusted. Would be happy to be an only dog or have a mate to play with. We live rurally and he has an hour early morning with our Vizsla and my husband running, sniffing, chasing etc and in the afternoons he is allowed free rein of our 3 acres for 2-3 hours. When we go out he is given bones/ frozen kongs/ mind games etc. We feed him raw food and this really agrees with him. His only mildly inconvenient points are- he’s better with another dog if he’s left at home but we did previously crate train him and he was quite happy in there alone. If he gets bored at home and you’ve not given him bones etc he will have the bin over. He will take the opportunity to take food from the kitchen side if it’s given to him. We adore Rudy and we are sad to be making the decision to move him on, but he just needs more than we can give him. I have the younger children at home full time due to homeschooling and he doesn’t get the attention he deserves. He would be well suited to a home that has a job for him to do. This could be someone looking to shoot, game keep etc or just someone with an extremely active lifestyle. He would absolutely thrive in an active environment (think fell running/ treks/ mountains that take hours to climb) We only want a 5 star home for our wonderful boy so please don’t enquire unless you can fulfill his needs
