Communication was excellent and the after advice was also excellent. I intentionally waited a couple of months to leave this review and was impressed by the difference in buying from a licensed breeder - would highly recommend.

Our experience when picking up our puppy was exemplary! Katie could not have been more helpful or informative. She had a complete pack of information all ready for us, our puppy had all the requisite paperwork regarding his vaccinations and health checks in place and she had already started calling him by the name we had chosen so he was beginning to respond as soon as we got home.Katie also provided some tins of his regular food and his blanket.
I was very glad we had done all this via Pets4homes as it made the payment very simple and also provided four weeks free insurance to give us an easy start. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
