Meet Rocket a 2 Year Old Cockerpoo Looking for His Forever Home
This is an incredibly difficult decision for me, but due to awaiting hip replacement surgery, I’m no longer able to give Rocket the exercise, time, and attention he truly deserves. I want to find him a loving home where he can thrive and enjoy the active life he loves.
Rocket is a 2-year-old Cockerpoo with a fun, affectionate personality. He is fantastic with children and currently lives happily with my 2 and 4 year old. He especially loves playing with my older nieces and I think he would absolutely thrive in a home with slightly older children who can match his playful energy.
He is:
• House trained
• Good with other dogs
• Friendly and affectionate
• Fairly good on the lead
Like many young dogs, Rocket still has a few things to work on. He can get overexcited and jump up, and his recall is currently poor, so he will need someone willing to continue his training and give him consistency.
Rocket would suit an active family or person who has the time and energy to continue helping him become the best version of himself. More than anything, he deserves a home where he will be loved, exercised, and included as part of the family.
This decision has not been made lightly, so finding the right home is extremely important to me.
