Chase is an intelligent, handsome 7-month-old long-coat German Shepherd who is crate-trained, sleeps soundly through the night, and settles nicely with a chew toy. He already demonstrates good potential on the lead, responding well to basic stop-and-go guidance with minimal pulling. As a typical high-drive adolescent, he needs an experienced, adult-only home that can provide structured mental outlets and continue his impulse-control training. With predictable boundaries, dedicated decompression naps to prevent him becoming overtired, and clear adult leadership, Chase has all the foundational qualities to mature into a devoted, capable companion. We have had him for a short time but due to some issues with our cat and his desire to herd children it is not practical or fair to him and we want to do what's best by him and our family.
