We’ve had a really lovely experience from start to finish. Communication was great from the very beginning, which made the whole process feel easy and reassuring. A wonderful experience. Petya was super responsive and knowledgeable. We loved receiving video updates and photos prior to collection. It was very reassuring seeing our new kitten in a warm loving home with her parents. She is inquisitive and sociable and the transition into our family has been pretty seamless. Highly recommend.
