🤎 3-Year-Old Chocolate Labrador Bitch Available to the Right Home — £3,000 🤎 We are looking for a very special home for a beautiful three-year-old chocolate Labrador bitch, bred by us here at Silverace. She has had one litter with us and has now completed her part in our breeding programme. We feel she would be wonderfully suited to moving into a permanent active family home where she can enjoy being someone’s much-loved companion. She already has an excellent foundation of training in place and would particularly suit somebody who would love a Labrador but perhaps doesn’t have the time, or simply doesn’t want, to start again with the puppy stage. She is: 🐾 Fully house trained 🐾 Walks nicely on the lead 🐾 Has excellent recall 🐾 Understands heelwork 🐾 Steady and sensible 🐾 Loves playing with a ball 🐾 Happy retrieving dummies 🐾 Has enjoyed foundation gundog training 🐾 Travels very well 🐾 Comfortable being crated if required, but equally happy overnight without one 🐾 Used to living with other dogs 🐾 Very people-focused and would also be perfectly happy as an only dog 🐾 Fine around dog-savvy children who understand how to behave appropriately around dogs Although she is calm, sensible and easy to live with, she is not a sedentary dog. She is fit, enthusiastic, keen to get out and about and absolutely loves being outdoors and active. We would therefore like her to go to a home that enjoys walking, exploring and involving their dog in everyday life. She has no experience of living with cats or other household pets, so any home with other species would need to take this into consideration. She has not been introduced to game, so there is absolutely no requirement for her to go to a working home. Her gundog training has simply given her a lovely foundation of manners, responsiveness, engagement and steadiness. She would be equally happy as a fantastic active family companion and we could also see her enjoying agility, canicross/running, further gundog training or simply lots of walks and adventures with her new family. She is Kennel Club registered and has excellent health testing, including excellent hip and elbow scores, clear eye testing and DNA results showing her unaffected for the conditions tested. She is being offered strictly as a companion and not for breeding. Her Kennel Club registration documents will therefore not be transferred with her. She is currently booked to be spayed with us, although if the right home came along and the timing was suitable, we would be happy for this to be arranged with her new family instead. Any such arrangement would be discussed and agreed fully before she leaves us. 💷 £3,000 Her price reflects not only her pedigree and comprehensive health testing, but also the considerable time already invested in her upbringing, socialisation and training. She is a settled young adult Labrador with an established temperament and an excellent foundation already in place. For somebody considering a Labrador but feeling that an eight-week-old puppy doesn’t quite fit their circumstances right now, she could be a wonderful alternative. 🏡 The right home is far more important to us than speed.
