She was a very patient person and I had a lot of questions before picking up the kitten as I was getting kittens for the first time in the UK. Very patient at explaining everything I need and set ups as a first time cat owner and really responsive to all my questions. Super understanding for changing requests and dates due to unforeseen circumstances. Stays true to their words on documentation. All of their kittens had friendly personality and we are really happy with the one we picked. He settled down our house after 6 hours and been really cuddly and playful since then.
