Description
Winston! 🐾
Let’s not talk about the blurry bit, he’s a very excitable lad but that was his best photo 🤣🤦♀️
Winston is a 2 year old JRT he’s a cracking little lad and typical terrier has the drive of a train with no destination just pure “go go go”
Let’s pull out some facts about Winston because this little man is quite particular 🐾
- Winston is not dog friendly, he’s an intact male with little man syndrome although didn’t display dog aggression on our assessment he was very reactive and frustrated on the leash and known to lunge and react to other dogs prior.
- Winston does currently live with another Female placid dog and may be able to be introduced if done properly!
- Winston is a typical JRT, he would be best with someone who can work him or really set in some boundaries, he would benefit from a strong authoritative figure with previous JRT experience.
- Winston is friendly to strangers and those entering his home but struggles to switch off, on the assessment he was quite the definition of bouncy and resembled a dog on a spring board😅 he will need further training around greeting people and over arousal.
- Winston does pull on the leash, this can be quickly corrected he is food motivated and eager to please.
Let’s not paint him to be a bit of a terror though!
We think Winston (already living with) could happily be homed with children from 5 onwards, this is just because he’s very jumpy and can potentially scratch accidentally.
He’s a great companion for an active adult & he’s very intelligent 🤩
