WE WILL REQUIRE YOUR ADDRESS AND SOME FORM OF ID SO WE CAN CONFIRM YOU ARE WHO YOU SAY YOU ARE BEFORE YOU TAKE MERLE IF WE FEEL SUITABLE FOR HER
IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO SHOW US ID YOU WILL NOT BE SUITABLE FOE OUR GIRL WE WANT TO MAKE SURE SHES GOING TO A GENUINE HOME
Unfortunately due to no fault of her own we are rehoming our bulldog Merle
She’s 3 years old , she hasn’t been neutered but we were planning to get this done shortly as she’s just had a season
She suffers with a yeast infection and has cherry eye also something we are in contact with our vets for , we’re currently using eye drops to clear an infection before her op and bathing with vets shampoo and she takes a tablet with her meals to help with the itching
Unfortunately my wife is not well mentally and she can no longer cope with the dogs.
We also have an xl bully and french bulldog.
Both of which are not dog friendly The French bulldog is also aggressive to people whom she’s not familiar with so it’s Merle who we’re having to rehome.
We did advertise her before but changed our minds but now my wife is unwell she can no longer manage the 3 dogs and it’s also not fair on the dogs
We would just like her to go to a good home preferably someone with no children as she hasn’t been around small children (however she is friendly with everyone she meets)
You must be willing to speak with our vets and carry on her plans until she can have surgery (we will give you our vets details before you take her so you can decide if it’s something you can upkeep)
She is friendly with our xl bully but our French bulldog hates her which is also another reason we can’t keep her
We will be very specific with who we let her go to so if you don’t fit the criteria please don’t message us
Absolutely no other pets or no small children and someone who is home more than at work or out.
She’s never been left alone and has always.
We have reached out to some companies that check homes before rehoming but the wait is upto 6 months which unfortunately we can’t wait.
You are welcome to visit weekends in the morning or weekday evenings after 6pm
We would also like to check your home before we let you take her etc.
She must not be used for breeding so I definitely won’t be giving you her papers but for legal reasons you will be able to swap her chip into your ownership
