🫒 OLIVE – THE 35KG CUDDLE MONSTER WHO JUST WANTS TO BE LOVED ❤️
If you met Olive, you'd probably find it hard to believe what she's been through.
Chained, poisoned, abandoned and displaced. All before her third birthday.
And yet, despite everything people have done to her, Olive absolutely ADORES humans.
She's a big, squishy, affectionate girl who has been described as a walking Jellycat! Her whole body seems to wiggle with happiness when someone gives her attention, and she'd happily spend her days being cuddled.
She's also a clever girl. She's learned to sit and wait, she's eager to please and, if there's a biscuit involved, you've pretty much got her undivided attention!
But here's the sad part.
Olive is currently living in kennels in Jedburgh, in the Scottish Borders.
At just three years old, she's missing out on so much.
Imagine this big, cuddly girl having her own bed, toys scattered around the house, someone to follow into the kitchen and a person to curl up beside every evening.
That's the life we'd love for her.
Olive isn't perfect, and we wouldn't pretend otherwise.
She's selective about other dogs and can react strongly to those she doesn't like. For that reason, she needs to be the ONLY PET in a home with someone experienced and confident with larger dogs.
At around 35kg, she's a substantial girl, so her new family will need to be comfortable managing her size and understanding her needs.
We're looking for an experienced FOSTER or FOSTER-TO-ADOPT home.
We'd strongly encourage a few meet and greets in Jedburgh before making any decisions. Olive deserves the time to get to know someone, and we want her future family to feel completely comfortable and confident too.
Fostering doesn't mean committing to adoption straight away, and Love4Dogs will be there to support you.
