Maggie, our pretty chocolate coloured Miniature Goldendoodle (multi generational) is due to give birth mid May. She is Cocker Spaniel size (15 inches tall). Goldendoodles make super pets due to their loving nature, calm disposition, ability to learn quickly and are very keen to please. Maggie is no exception to these attributes and is beautifully behaved: confident, calm and content; adores people and dogs, listens to commands, walks to heel, excellent re-call and above all is fun to be with. Maggie has a wonderful life here in our family home, enjoying long daily countryside walks in the Cotswolds with her mother and grandmother. Maggie is hereditary health clear; full paperwork available.
The sire/father of the puppies has a very similar nature and disposition, clear DNA health record, calm and confident personality. He’s called Roger and is an outstanding, fun loving Pedigree large Toy Poodle (12 inches tall) from Somerset and is red in colour. Maggie’s own father is a chocolate and cream, hereditary health clear, pedigree Miniature Parti Poodle (coloured); her mother, Sukey, is a cream Standard Goldendoodle, and her Grandmother, Betty, is a black Standard Goldendoodle, thus passing on many colours through the genetic line. The puppies could well be assorted colours giving plenty of exciting choice. Both Poodles and Retrievers are intelligent breeds, which makes Goldendoodles a super genetically strong crossbreed. They make ideal family pets for people who enjoy walking in the countryside and could easily be trained to become gun dogs. Their coats will be soft curls, non-shedding and hypoallergenic, which is an absolute bonus to have no dog hair around the home especially for those with allergies, but they do need to be clipped to keep their coats in good condition.
I welcome prospective owners to visit the puppies’ home if they can give a lifetime of happiness to a puppy. Not only will the puppies and their mother, Maggie, be here at home, but also their Grandmother, Sukey, and their great Grandmother, Betty, who is 17 years old in August and in good health. This will be your insight as to their wonderful health and longevity, which totally backs up the clear health paperwork, which will be on show when you visit.
The puppies will be Vet checked by my Veterinary Practice of over 50 years and will also grow up regularly seeing my trainer Vet daughter. Although I am an experienced Breeder, I choose not to be a Licensed Breeder as I don’t have frequent litters.
I can confirm the puppies will come into contact with all usual household noises here within my family home, eg: hoover, television, kettle, drill etc. and will meet people of all ages and grow up with their vaccinated Grandmas for socialisation. They will be wormed at 2, 5 and 8 weeks, be de-flead, have their toe nails clipped at regular intervals, bathed when necessary, groomed, have received their first vaccination, microchipped and be insured for one month by Petplan.
They also will be well on their way to being “potty trained” as I start this from weaning by giving them a designated area, which they soon become accustomed with.
I am always very happy to give a lifetime of support to all new owners, who are able to give their puppy a life long happy home. The puppies will leave my house having been lovingly cared for, introduced to the outside world as much as is possible and not encountering any negative experiences. They will be confident, eager to learn and soon become very loving towards their new owners. I can provide references from previous customers, a lot of which I keep in contact with at puppies’ birthdays and many return for walk and a family reunion!
