Lisa has good communication, she is very thorough with her handovers of the puppies and includes everything you will need to start your journey as a dog owner.

Everything was so straightforward and all questions were answered with all the detail that was needed. Even the directions to their location were spot on and took away the confusion of the road splitting into three. When we went to pick up our labradoodle both mum and dad were there to see, and Lisa was so friendly and welcoming. A full welcome pack, including food, was given as well. Dexter was so calm on the drive home and settled in really well, exploring his new surroundings and was so calm. Ok there were a couple of oopsies, but then it was expected so nothing out of the ordinary there. I can't fault anything about the whole experience and will speak to Lisa when we decide to get Dexter a companion in the future.
