Location: Foster in Ayr Holly Ivy is a pocket-sized personality with sparkle and sass.
At just 3kg, she may be tiny — but she absolutely knows how to make an impression. Handed into rescue after a change in her owner’s working hours, Holly arrived frightened and unsure. Within days, her confident side began to shine through. She loves attention, hops straight onto your knee once she knows you, and adores throwing her toys around to entertain herself.
She can be a little barky until she feels secure, and she’s not keen on being constantly picked up — she prefers affection on her terms. In a calm, quiet home, she will be an incredibly loving and devoted companion. After careful assessment, we are rehoming Holly and Molly separately as this is in their best interests — but they must be adopted at the same time so each can move directly into their own dedicated home.
Holly Needs: • An adult-only home or one with older children (12+) • No visiting small children • To be the only dog in the household • A family home most of the time • Owners committed to training and structure • Support with lead work and house training
NON-NEGOTIABLE Holly must have a very secure garden with absolutely no gaps in fencing or hedges. We will not consider homes where the garden security is not suitable for a 3kg dog. She is healthy, crate trained, and fine with dogs she has met at rescue but will be happiest as the only dog where she can have her humans all to herself. She simply needs stability, time, and a calm environment to thrive. Holly is healthy, full of character, and will be a truly special companion in the right environment.
These girls will attract a lot of interest. Please ensure you fully meet the criteria before applying and complete the application form in as much detail as possible. We will be selecting homes very carefully. Adoption donation is £500. A successful home check must be completed before a meet and greet can be arranged. Adopters must be able to travel to Ayr to meet and collect.
