My son has looked after this lovely blue-tongue skink really well for just over a year. Unfortunately, as he has taken on more hobbies and we are downsizing our property, as a result seems to have lost interest in keeping reptiles and will not have the space in his new room.
It was or originally purchased from blackpool reptile and aquatics for £375. We don’t know the sex for certain, although from its size and shape we suspect it may be male.
It is now a large, impressive, well-established skink, and generally very easy to look after.
Everything needed to continue keeping it is included: the large vivarium shown in the photos, heat lamp and lighting, hides, bark, branches and enclosure furniture.
We are sad to see him go and are only interested in genuine buyers who understand the needs of blue-tongue skinks, or someone who has done their research and is serious about providing a good permanent home.
The skink originally cost £375, but considerably more has been spent on the vivarium and complete setup since.
Collection only due to the size of the vivarium.
