Description

This is Nifty. Nifty is a explorative little bun but can be shy and timid at times. Approx. 10 months old and desperately wants attention. Unfortunately, through no fault of his own, Nifty was sold to us as a female, mini lop, who was a sibling of Nugget (available in another advertisement). Nifty, however, is a male, 3.2kg, likely Mini lop mix, who as far as we can tell, had not met Nugget (also Male) up until we took them home. We have spent 6 months attempting to bond these two gorgeous boys. But. They simply dont wish to be friends. Nifty seems to love human company so long as you are patient. He is shy and yet playful (on his term of course, he is still his own Bunny). He seems desprate for companuship but he is not complete submissive so might do well being properly bonded to a female. Though an experienced owner may have more luck, it needs to be accepted he may be a single bun that requires a patient human. He has only ever known the indoors, so would not suit an outdoor setup. Nifty is neutered, vaccinated and has been recently given a clean bill of health by a respectable vet. We are happy to share details with a prospective new parent. Any willing takers will have to be serious, experienced or very understanding of the massive undertaking owning a bunny is. While they are wonderful, beautiful creatures, they are expensive, require lots of space, and they do require lots of attention ... except when they want space. We will ask for your experience / understanding of rabbits first. We would not reccomend this gorgeous explorative bunny to anyone who hasnt owned bunnys already.
