I am writing with a heavy heart to find a new, loving home for my beloved cat, Cookie.
Cookie is 8 years old and is fully microchipped. She has been a cherished part of my life, and this decision has not come easily. Due to changes in my circumstances, I will be travelling much more frequently and can no longer provide the stable and consistent environment that she needs and deserves.
Recently, I have noticed that Cookie has become increasingly stressed, and she has started pulling out her own fur. Seeing her like this has been very upsetting, and it has also caused me a great deal of stress, as I care deeply about her wellbeing. I truly believe she would be much happier in a calm, settled home.
Cookie is a gentle and adaptable cat. She is comfortable around children, as we have had exchange students staying with us, and she has always been relaxed in their company. She is also good with dogs, as she has been around a friend’s dog and copes well. Cookie enjoys both indoor comfort and outdoor exploration, so she would suit a home where she can safely have both.
My priority is to find her a kind and responsible new owner who will love and care for her as much as I do. I am happy to provide any further information about her routine, personality, and needs to help ensure a smooth transition.
