Upon collection the puppy will recive a care package to go to their new home with. This will include, a toy that smells of their litter and mum, as well as a bag of their current dog food and a "how to care for me" pack which will give current feeding times and other routines we have put in place.

The puppies are mostly toilet trained which can be seen in one of the videos. Additionally they have been partially trained the sit command, through observing their mum.
