This is without a doubt the hardest advert weā€™ve ever had to writešŸ¤ After months of thinking about what is best for Luna, weā€™ve made the incredibly heartbreaking decision to find her a new forever home. We have had Luna since she was just 8 weeks old, so this is not a decision weā€™ve made lightly. She is a huge part of our family and is loved beyond words, but with us currently being in the process of moving house and all the changes that come with it, we know we can no longer give her the time, attention and one-to-one companionship that she truly deserves. Luna is 6 years old and is, quite simply, an absolute angel. She has the kindest, most gentle nature and genuinely doesnā€™t have a bad bone in her body. Anyone who meets her falls in love with her. She is incredibly loyal, affectionate and has been the most amazing companion throughout her life. She currently lives inside our family home alongside several Miniature Dachshunds and a Labrador, so she is used to living with dogs of all shapes and sizes and has always been fantastic with them. She has grown up around other dogs and has never shown any issues. Luna can be a little excitable when meeting new people because she loves attention and enjoys saying hello, but after a few minutes she settles down beautifully and goes back to her calm, gentle self. She simply loves people and enjoys being included in everything thatā€™s going on. ā­ļøA little more about Lunaā­ļø šŸ¤ Has lived with us since she was 8 weeks old. šŸ¤ Fantastic with other dogs and happily lives alongside both small and large breeds. šŸ¤ Walks beautifully both on and off the lead with excellent recall. šŸ¤ Knows a range of commands including sit, down, paw, drop and other basic obedience. šŸ¤ Fully house trained and has never had an accident indoors. šŸ¤ Very affectionate and loves human company. šŸ¤ Clean, quiet and respectful around the home. šŸ¤ Has never been unwell and has enjoyed excellent health throughout her life. šŸ¤ Healthy, fit and still enjoys an active lifestyle. Luna has been brought up as a much-loved family pet and is very much part of our everyday life. She deserves a home where she will continue to be treated as a member of the family, not a dog that lives outside or is left alone for long periods. She thrives on companionship and just wants to be where her people are. This is an emotional decision for us, so we are under absolutely no pressure to rehome her. We are more than happy to wait for as long as it takes to find the perfect family because her happiness and welfare will always come before anything else. ā€¼ļøPlease read before messagingā€¼ļø We are only looking for a genuine 5ā­ forever home. We will not consider homes that cannot offer Luna the love, commitment and lifestyle she deserves. A rehoming contract will be in place to protect Luna for the rest of her life, and we will be asking plenty of questions about the home you can offer. We reserve the right to refuse any application if we donā€™t feel it is the right match. Finding the perfect forever home is far more important to us than finding a quick one.
