Description
What a way to begin 2026, with a New Year’s Day litter! We are small-scale breeders, on the edge of Exmoor, also known as Exmoorpointers. More of an insight into our dogs, litters and family life can be found on our Instagram, including feedback from previous litter owners. We fully appreciate that finding a breeder that ticks all boxes for you, and what you’re looking for is an overwhelming process, so we try to put as much of ourselves and what we do on there.
This litter includes 3 girls and 1 boy, all of which are showing signs to be quite dark liver, with ticks of white. Both parents are our dogs, and live with us on our working farm. Dad is tall, with a big deep chest, whereas mum is relatively small for a GSP, so the puppies should be a nice medium sized dog once fully grown. This pair have had puppies before, and just like themselves, their pups have proved to be kind natured, loving and healthy dogs.
Nature and personality is something very important to us, as we strive to produce puppies that share the characteristics of their parents. All of our dogs are good with children, other dogs and always show kindness when people visit to see litters. To also ensure our puppies’ health, our stud dog Lord has been hip and elbow X-rayed, scoring well below the breed average. As part of our preventative health care plan, our vet also carries out routine checks on our dogs, giving us confidence we are continuing to breed healthy lines.
With our waiting lists running up until the Autumn, it is a rare opportunity to be able to choose a puppy from us at this age. Now they are almost 4 weeks, visitors are welcome and encouraged. Our puppies leave us no earlier than 8 weeks old and will take with them, a puppy pack which includes:
4 weeks free insurance, their current food, up to date parasite treatment and info on next steps, KC registration, a contract of sale, a blanket, their microchip details and vaccination card, which includes any relevant veterinary notes.
