Hello, These are two kittens looking for a new home: Tobi (male, with a white nose), and Poppy (female, sporting a white ‘tache). They are mixed breed, tuxedo cats (the tiger-like highlights will fade away as they age). 😺 Tobi and Poppy can be adopted together, they’ve bonded together very well, but also appear to be independent of each other 📅 * Ready for adoption from today (Friday 17th). * Location: Earl Shilton, Leicestershire (LE9 area) * They’ve turned 8 weeks on Tuesday 14th and are in the perfect age window to bond with their new human parent. *** Need-to-know things to know about about Tobi and Poppy: *** ✅ Born on 19th of May 2026 ✅ They are litter trained (wooden pellets are the best) ✅ They eat any brand of few food with some tap water mixed in ✅ They eat dry food: Whiskas, chicken flavoured ✅ They drink tap water, and favour occasional full fat milk ✅ They also like to nibble on human-grade meats: raw & cooked chicken, chicken slices, and cooked ham ✅ They were socialised with older kittens and adult cats ✅ They are used to normal daily household activities and noises associated with it (cooking, telly in the background, vacuum cleaning, etc.) ✅ They would make a great companion for anyone living alone (or WFH), disabled, or a first-time cat parent. Due to their gentle personalities, they would make a good companion for children and teens on the spectrum, or living with anxiety/depression. They might not be suitable for someone who expects them to be a source of highly active play. *** About their personalities *** 😺 They are gentle and curious, seem to love to explore the house 😺 They don’t bite, hiss, or scratch when picked up 😺 Catching them can be tricky, however, when left alone they like to stay very close 😺 They like sleeping on soft things (anything that is not cat bed shaped): blankets, old jumper, folded bath towel, and a IKEA soft plushie (piggie) 😺 They will steal your favourite seating spot 😺 They’ve mastered zipping up and down 70cm (27 inch; adult cat-sized) scratch post *** Things they will need: *** 👉 Food bowls: one for dry food, one for wet food, one for water 👉 Cat food and water 👉 Litter box with wood pellets 👉 Tallest scratch post you can find online 👉 Lots of kisses, and being held like a fur baby that they are ⚠️ Must-know for you as a new parent of Tobi and Poppy: visit to the vet and any costs associated with it are left up to you.
