Description
Oscar is a 14 year old African Grey Parrot. He is a male confirmed via genetic test.
He is the pet of my mother, who has had him since he was a baby. Unfortunately she is no longer able to care for him as she has taken a turn for the worse in her health and I have small children and wouldnt be able to give him the attention he deserves.
He has had the best 14 years a parrot could ask for. My mother has given him only the best in nutrition, enrichment and general care.
He speaks and mimics noises and still actively learns new words and sounds. He isnt 100% tame but once he is used to a person, he will let you scratch his head and pet him, but it will take time.
We are looking for a loving forever home for him with someone knowledgeable of the care these lovely parrots need.
He comes with his cage and accessories.
We also have a large outside aviary for sale, should you wish to enquire about this. Oscar would spend his summers in it.
