Meet our beautiful grey British Shorthair boy, just over 2 years old, who we’re very sadly looking to rehome.
He’s healthy, gorgeous, funny, and deeply loyal — the kind of cat who follows you from room to room just to be near you. He isn’t a super cuddly lap cat, but he absolutely loves company and being part of your day. His happiest week was when one of us was home full-time: he sat beside us on a chair all day, quietly keeping us company.
We’ve realised he would thrive best in a home where someone is around more often, as he gets lonely when we’re both out at work all day. In the evenings he wants lots of interaction, playtime, and attention, and he can be quite vocal about it!
He is neutered and has no health conditions.
He LOVES wand toys, chasing his electronic rat toy, food, treats, and — most importantly — boxes. If it’s vaguely rectangular, he will sit in it immediately. He’s very much a “box cat.”
He usually prefers sitting nearby rather than on laps or sofas, though when he’s very sleepy he’ll accept gentle pets.
He’s a really special little character, and we want to find someone who will appreciate him exactly as he is: independent but devoted, playful, intelligent, and happiest with humans nearby.
We’ll only rehome him to someone we feel is the right fit.
