Description
Lolly, our lovely 3-year-old Cockapoo gave birth to 4 beautiful puppies on 3rd February 2026.
Lolly is a second-generation cockapoo, known as an F2. Her parents are first-generation cockapoos and their parents were cocker spaniels and poodles.
Lolly bred with Vincent, a KC registered Miniature Poodle, so their puppies are F2b cockapoos. Lolly, like all cockapoos, is not KC-registered because she is a mixed breed. Both dogs are health-tested to rule out breed-specific health conditions.
Both Lolly and Vincent are the same height. Both have affectionate personalities and enjoy the company of adults, children, and other dogs. They are bright and intelligent. Both have been easy to train, can follow commands, and can perform a range of dog tricks. Lolly loves to play fetch!
Lolly is a natural and devoted mother. As the puppies are now 4 weeks old, I have started weaning them on pureed Cannagan kibble and Butternut Box sachets. They are having Panacur every two weeks and this will continue until they are 8 weeks old.
The puppies’ personalities are starting to emerge and they are starting to explore outside of their whelping box, play fight with each other enjoying their toys. They are an absolute joy to watch and play with
Since their birth the puppies have been socialised around:
- Adults and children
- People wearing glasses and hats
- Gentle handling, sitting on laps, holding in arms and being stroked.
- Touching their ears, faces, teeth and paws
- Surfaces – vet bedding, wood flooring, tiles and carpet
- Noisy household items – vacuum cleaning, hair dryer, doors opening and closing
- Having their paws wiped and cleaned
- Sounds – laughing, loud voices, music, tv, clapping and singing!
The Puppies:
Two girls - both the girls have rich chocolate brown with soft, wavy coats and big brown eyes. We think they will be quite curly as they get older
One boy - merle like his mum, with the most striking patterns across his face and body. We think he will have a slightly wavier curl, like his mum
One boy - warm tan with a white chest, paws and an adorable white patch on his forehead. His colouring is in keeping with the cocker gene, but he is already developing curls around his ears and chest, so expecting a wavey coat
Cockapoos are known for their intelligent, affectionate nature and low-shedding coats. They make wonderful family companions who will want to be a part of everything in your life!.
