Life sometimes offers us twists and turns and it’s a ride for all of us. Circumstances change, life becomes a challenge and sometimes hard decisions have to be made. One boy that is caught up in such a situation is our boy called Tank ❤️🐾
A very much loved boy that is looking for a new home, he's been with his family since 2021, and now 7 yrs old is looking locally first for a home.
He is in Poole, Dorset. If possible we would love to find him a home close to this area, if not then we will be bringing him to our kennels in Nottinghamshire.
He can also travel within the UK, the priority is finding this boy a home, a perfect home ❤️🐾
So this boy is originally from Macedonia in 2021.. he is a big boy hence the name Tank! He is currently on a diet, a few pounds gained due to a time restraint .
He loves his walks, he loves puddles - you’ve been warned 😂 he’s a big bundle of Labrador Retreiver, he is a typical lab food, food and more food! ❤️🐾
He’s strong on the arm but will walk in a Halti, he HATES cats so a cat free home is required. He can live with other dogs with strictly separate feeding regime to get him slender!
He loves cuddles, he has no concept of his heavyweight. He is reluctantly on a weight reduction diet as he gets older his joints most definitely need caring for.
He can be supplemented for his joints, we will provide recommendations.
Is this a reluctant rehome? Very much so but juggling life/babies/dogs/finances are really taking a toll on this boy.
Travels well, sleeps well in his bed, fully toilet trained, will self settle in house, a gentle giant so not for children under knock down age.. older children would be fine.
He needs an active family life that includes the dog.
