Description
Our beautiful, head-turning 4-year old family pet, Luna [KC name Kentwone Bush Morning Glory] is expecting her second litter on 26 June. She has had her scan and a minimum of 10 puppies were seen. Luna is the most loving and affectionate dog, playful and eager to please, and was a great mum to her last litter born in May 2024. She has such an incredible temperament, which has passed down to her pups. We still see the last litter on a regular basis and have included photos for you to see what wonderful dogs they have turned into.
We have again chosen the wonderful and handsome boy Archie [KC name Little Zak] to sire her litter. Their combined inbreeding coefficient is just 6.6%. He is a stunning looking dog with a fabulous broad head and light in colour. We particularly liked his temperament and his loving and playful nature was a perfect match for our girl. He has sired many litters of healthy, chunky pups.
Mum is health tested with excellent Hip and Elbow Dysplasia scores and is clear of both DNA-GR-PRA1 and PRA2.
Dad is fully health tested with excellent scores, all of which can be viewed on the Kennel Club website.
The puppies will be raised at the heart of our busy family home ensuring that they will be well socialised and accustomed to all the normal household noises, as well as with my kids and other visiting children.
Before they leave for their new homes at 8 weeks old (approx. 18 August) all of our puppies will have undergone a vet health check, their first vaccination (optional), be microchipped and will have been wormed regularly.
I will add photos of mother and pups once they have been born (photos currently of last litter as young pups and as grown dogs including a video of a meet-up for their 1st birthday). Also, photo and video updates can be sent to you, on request, so that you can see your puppy develop and grow! Please get in touch should you have any further questions or need more information.
A Golden Retriever puppy is a lifetime commitment. They need their daily exercise but are very easily pleased and in return he or she will give you many happy times and gentleness.
